我孤陋寡聞,蒸蟶子一路以黎都覺得係蒜蓉粉絲蒸,最後淋熟油埋尾係簡單又好食。點知完來跟鹹檸可以嚟一個絕配。 咁大隻蟶,做到唔縮水又恰到好處,一啲都唔簡單。所有配料亦都冇覆蓋蟶子本身嘅味道。爽甜彈做到足。粉絲亦無過淋。簡單得來又不簡單。
